The Xavier police robot by HTX has long-range voice and facial recognition cameras that automatically report anyone directly to the police who violate the “rules.” Singapore’s home affairs minister admits the city-state is targeting for 200,000 police cameras by 2030, more than double the cameras currently deployed across the island state in Southeast Asia.
